To be continued

Having received a supportive comment from Judy Rees (co-author of Clean Language with Wendy Sullivan) I will finish reading Clean Language and explore its applications.  I confess, without Judy’s timely intervention I might well have set the book aside and not bothered to finish it.  That would be a waste wouldn’t it.

Having said that I’ve been completely side tracked by events in Egypt and my only reading yesterday consisted of following Al Jazeera English, Brian Whittaker and Zeinobia on Twitter, along with any other sources of news/information I could find.  So far things seem relatively calm in Cairo this morning although more demonstrations are planned.

Normal service will be resumed once I can tear myself away from the unfolding of history in Egypt.

About alkitaba

Reading and writing, writing and reading. Reading about writing, writing about reading. However you like to do it is fine by me. In particular I'm interested in Arab literature and at the moment my passion is Arab women writers.
